Biscuit omlette with strawberries & vanilla whipped cream

It's one of my favorite desserts. It tastes stunning with fresh strawberries that you can easily buy in the summer.
It takes only about 20 minutes and tastes like heaven :-)

Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 tablespoon of cocoa
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla sugar
2 cubes of dark chocolate
200 g of strawberries
250 ml vanilla whipped cream (whipped cream
with one tablespoon of vanilla sugar)

Directions:

1. Separate glair from the yolks. Sift flour into a bowl, add cocoa and vanilla sugar, mix well.
2. Froth the glair. Then add the blended yolks. After about 30 seconds add the flour, cocoa and vanilla. At the end, gently combine it with the chopped chocolate.
3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan. Cook like pancakes for about 3-4 minutes
4. Put it on a platter and serve with vanilla whipped cream and strawberries.

Perfect breakfast #1

You get up in the morning, you rush to get ready for work, you go out the door without a breakfast. Perhaps you grab a bagel and cream cheese, perhaps a muffin, perhaps an Egg McMuffin. If you’re lucky, you get a pastry, a hearty breakfast of pancakes and sausage and eggs, or an English fry-up.

Unfortunately, when it comes to being healthy, none of these options is a great
way to start your day.

Oatmeal, blueberries, raspberries & almonds

To me, this is the perfect breakfast. Steel-cut oatmeal is probably the healthier choice, but if you are in a hurry, the instant kind will do fine (it doesn’t have as much fiber, but the other ingredients make up for that).

ingrediens:
oatmeal
yoghurt
flaxseed
chopped dark chocolate
a handful of almonds
raspberries, blueberries
clear acacia honey
a pinch of cinnamon

enjoy your meal
and
have a great day!

yummy!

I totally love summer coctails!
It's the best way to cool off on a hot, summer day.

My favourite one is made of watermelon, strawberries, white chocolate
and rum :-)

WATERMELON & STRAWBERRIES COCKTAIL

recipe for four:

 seed-less watermelon - 800g
 strawberries - 350g
 white chocolate - 50g
1 tablespoon of honey
2-3 tablespoons of rum

how to make watermelon drink:

1. Dissolve white chocolate, rum and honey over low heat.
2. Combine watermelom, strawberries with dissolved chocolate in a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Chill it in the fridge (about 30 minutes).

Bon appetit! :-)
